These Terms of Use apply to your use of friendplay.in ("FriendPlay"), run by the FriendPlay team in India. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using FriendPlay
FriendPlay offers free browser games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You do not need an account. You may play as much as you like, share links to our pages and invite friends to online rooms. You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt, overload or hack the site, the online room service or other players' games;
- use bots, scripts or cheating tools in online rooms, or impersonate the host;
- choose display names that are offensive, hateful, sexual or that impersonate someone else;
- copy, scrape, reframe or republish our games, artwork, code or text without written permission;
- click on ads dishonestly, encourage others to click on ads, or use automated tools to generate ad views.
Online rooms
Online rooms are temporary and run on a best-effort basis. A room ends if the host leaves or after 30 minutes without activity. Because free services have limits, rooms may occasionally be unavailable; you can always play on one device instead. The host's device decides the official game state, so the result shown by the host is final.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising from Google and its partners. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or the websites they link to. Optional rewarded ads grant only in-game conveniences, such as an extra hint or one continue, and never money or anything of monetary value.
Intellectual property
All games, graphics, sounds, text and code on FriendPlay are owned by us or used under licence (see our open-source acknowledgements). Game names on this site are generic descriptions of traditional games and are not associated with any brand. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of our content.
No warranty
FriendPlay is provided "as is" and "as available". We try hard to keep games bug-free and the site online, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or that your locally saved scores will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FriendPlay and its owner are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.
Changes
We may change these terms or the games at any time. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the consumer protection laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim locally.
